Prices for all products in SeiCom’s webshop are only valid for purchases from the webshop and include value added tax of 20%.
The prices of products in SeiCom’s webshop do not include installation or measurement services. If you wish, these services can be ordered from outside of SeiCom’s webshop, through a special agreement with our customer service. When ordering additional installation services for the products ordered from the SeiCom webshop the deadline for the order confirmed by SeiCom shall not apply. The new deadline will be specified along with the offer for the installation service.
The delivery times shown on the web page of SeiCom’s webshop shall be applicable as of the moment of receipt of the order amount in the bank account of SeiCom’s webshop.
Since products are manufactured after they are ordered, we specify the delivery time immediately after the order is received.
Orders submitted in SeiCom’s webshop will receive a response during the following working day, at the latest.

If for some reason SeiCom’s webshop is unable to fulfil the order, then the customer will be offered an alternative product or the entire sum paid for the order will be refunded, in accordance with the agreement between the parties.

Our webshop’s homepage contains general information on the company and our products. In addition, you can get check out news relating to the field and our factory’s references.
You can choose a suitable product group from the main selection above, view pictures of our products in the Gallery, and research information on our products in the Information Centre.
You can make purchases in our webshop as a registered user or also as a visitor. If you register as a user, then you will be able to examine your order history at any given time.
Begin your purchase by selecting a suitable product group from the menu above. Once you have found and selected a suitable product, you will end up on the product page, where you can make all of the necessary selections to specify which product you are interested in. Among the selection of product pages you can choose: the number of openings, i.e. the number of openings you are looking for in a product; exterior product dimensions; glazed units; methods of opening for different openings; product finishing, if desired, decorative trim on the window or inside the glazed unit; handrail finishing; different patterned glass or safety glass; glazed unit spacer bars; ventilation flaps, window and side flashings, and window sills.
The selection of product sheets may, to a certain extent, differ from existing products.
We ask that you please exercise care when selecting the products you wish to order and filling-in data, since the fast and seamless completion and delivery, if necessary, of your product(s) depends on the accuracy and correctness of the submitted information.
If you have found and selected a suitable product, then add the product to your shopping basket by clicking on Add to Shopping Basket; if you want to purchase several products, repeat the previously described steps with the new product. If you would like to review the contents of your shopping basket, click on the button with the symbol of a shopping basket on it, located at the top right of the page. Once all of the desired products are in your shopping basket, press the button Proceed to Payment in the shopping basket and you will reach the order confirmation page.
On the order confirmation page you will once again see the products you have selected, you will be able to change their quantities or print out an order confirmation.
The next step is to confirm the transportation selection, of which there are two choices, either picking up the products in person or transportation provided by us, in which case the products will be delivered to your home. If you would like us to provide transport for the ordered products, then please check the box Order Transport and complete all necessary information fields correctly. The transport price will appear automatically on the order confirmation based on the address you entered.
The delivery term for products is offered to you automatically by the webshop; you may change it to a later date, but not an earlier one.
If you would like us to provide you with a price quote for the installation of the purchased products, please place a checkmark in the corresponding box located at the bottom of the confirmation page and we will send you a separate price quote for the installation works.
Before confirming the order we ask that you please review our webshop’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and confirm your agreement by placing a checkmark in the correct box; after doing so, you will be able to confirm the order and proceed to payment by clicking on Confirm Order.
Payment takes place in our webshop, via the Swedbank or LHV Pank bank link. After using the bank link and paying, exit the bank page by using the button Return to Merchant. If you would like to use other payment channels to make payment, then at your request we will prepare an invoice for you, on the basis of which you can pay for your order with a transfer, in which case select Invoice Based Payment as the method of payment.
