SeiCom OÜ manufactures doors and windows using PVC material, wood and aluminium. PVC windows and -doors are manufactured using high quality German PVC profiles. Modern PVC windows and doors are very warm, user friendly, weather proof, and provide excellent protection against noise. Our products are certified and have CE markings. PVC windows and -doors have a long useful life, are easy to maintain and practical, and convenient in terms of their functioning. In 2013, we began manufacturing high quality German-type wooden windows and -doors in our new factory. Wooden windows and -doors are manufactured with finger jointed timber, which ensures the stability and long-term durability of the structure. Wooden windows and -doors have a natural and exclusive appearance. There are a large number of different solutions available when it comes to the finish. Here you will find all information about our products!
The selection of windows and doors depends, above all, on the building itself, and the architectural suitability of the product to the building. The first decision that must be made is the material you are looking for. The selection of materials is, in general, divided into three groups: PVC, wood or aluminium. PVC windows and doors are the most affordable in terms of price, and these products are currently of very high quality and meet all requirements and standards. The product is definitely the one with the best possible price to quality ratio! Wooden windows and doors are natural and have an exclusive appearance. A large number of different design opportunities are made possible by the extensive selection of colours. Well-suited for new as well as older buildings. Very good thermal and noise insulation. Environmentally friendly and easily maintained. Aluminium clad windows and doors are identical to wooden windows in terms of their construction. As opposed to wooden windows, where the lower portion of the sash and frame are protected by aluminium, all exterior portions of aluminium clad windows are covered with aluminium profiles, which ensures the more effective protection of the windows from external impacts and makes maintenance easy and convenient. For example, when selecting a window, nearly 90% of Europe’s window buyers prefer German-type single frame windows, since the product is very practical, simple to use, and convenient to care for!
When ordering a new window or door, it is very important that you enter the correct measurements at the very beginning, meaning the exterior measurements of the window/door frame (width x height). First, measure the width and height of the intended opening for the product, measure the width from reveal to reveal and the height from the windowsill/lower reveal to the upper reveal (a windowsill profile with a height of 30mm is added to the edge beneath the PVC windows and balcony doors). Once you have obtained the measurements for the opening, subtract 30mm from both results, this will leave the necessary installation and insulation space of 15mm around the product. In case the window or door is non-opening, then measure the division of the product into parts, measuring from the outside edge of the frame to the middle of the dividing pillar.
