SeiCom’s webshop warehouse is located in Äksi, in Tartu County.
We deliver purchased products to our customers across Estonia. The courier service delivers products to the customer’s front door or gate. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their representative is present at the agreed upon time to take delivery of the goods. If the customer’s representative is not present at the agreed upon time and place, then the products will be returned to the logistic company’s warehouse and the customer must pay again for a repeat delivery.
The estimated delivery time is confirmed to the customer by SeiCom’s webshop at the time of purchase, with a more precise delivery time agreed upon with the client prior to the delivery of the goods.
The cost of transport is calculated automatically by SeiCom’s webshop based on the size of the selected products and the destination. The cost of transport is displayed on a separate row at the bottom of the shopping basket.
Products shall be transferred to the customer at the site on the basis of a document. The receipt of goods by a third party must be agreed upon in advance with SeiCom webshop’s customer service.
SeiCom’s webshop reserves the right, if necessary, to adjust the transport price.
The customer also has the option to pick up the purchased goods in person from SeiCom’s webshop warehouse, in which case this choice must be confirmed as the transport selection in the webshop.
