Sepa 19 Business Building – aluminium facade and aluminium windows

Sepa Business Building, Tartu’s first near zero energy business building or future office building was completed in 2019.

European Commission’s directive on the energy efficiently of buildings establishes a requirement of near zero energy qualities for buildings constructed after the year 2020. Sepa Business Building is the first office building meeting that requirement in Tartu – a future office building. Due to the new directive on the energy efficiency of buildings, the high energy efficiency requirements were also applied to all opening fillings.

Aluminium facade and aluminium windows (Profile MB-104) of this building were produced in SeiCom manufacture and installed in cooperation with Mapri Ehitus. As this was a near zero energy building, the u-value of all installed opening fillings was 0.73.
