Tiskre commercial building – wooden windows, exterior and interior doors, aluminium facade

An energy efficient building in a number of different ways. A building that cares for our health!
The building’s architecture was envisaged by top Estonian architect Martin Aunin to be both stately and modern. The main emphasis of the commercial building is on a quality indoor climate, which is achieved through an innovative cooling and heating solution using advanced technology.  A solution will be provided to the common problem of one person being cold while another is hot; of it being hot during the summer and cool during the winter; of air blowing onto one person while another doesn’t have any air.  In addition, the new solution will save up to 40% on energy costs.
A particular emphasis has been placed on natural lighting within the building. Highly placed windows located in all of the walls alternate with wall elements, easily allowing for different room configurations in the offices.
