The new commercial building is designed to meet Class B energy performance requirements, which keeps heating and cooling costs low. The building is comprised of two units connected by a basement, in which there is 7340 m² of leasable space: 3310 m² in unit A and 4030 m² in unit B. There are 2 stairwells and 2 passenger lifts in both units. The plans call for a bicycle parking area and parking spaces for cars on the 0-floor. The design and construction standards for Tehnopol 2KV also allow for the construction of research and development centres in the building, in addition to office space.
