Sepa 19 Business Building

Sepa Business Building, Tartu’s first near zero energy business building also referred to as future office building was completed in 2019. It was built by Mapri Ehitus Ltd. SeiCom Ltd produced and installed an extra warm aluminium facade and aluminium windows (profile MB-104) of Sepa Business Building, the U-value of all opening fillings was 0.73.
