Linnupargi Residential Area

Construction began in the summer of 2019 on the Linnupargi residential area, located in Tartu, and plans include the creation of an urban park-style living environment with a total of nearly 300 apartments. All completed apartments are fitted with triple-glazed SeiCom Classic and Premium PVC windows.

We have placed an emphasis on security, warmth, and comfort in the project. The installed insulated glass units are soundproof, energy-efficient, with thermal protection, and tempered inner glass. Designer handles are installed on the openings of terraced houses.

The Linnupargi residential area is being completed in cooperation between Avaare Kinnisvara, Ehitustrust, and Apex Architectural Bureau.
